Coquet Park School Uniform
All school uniform can be ordered directly from Emblematic, click on the link below to visit the Coquet Park First School ordering page of their website and complete your order on-line. Alternatively, you can print off and complete an order form and return it to:
Emblematic, Unit 26, North Tyne Industrial Estate, Benton, Newcastle NE12 9SZ.
Orders can be delivered to your home (postage and packaging fees will apply) or you can arrange for delivery free of charge to school during term time only. Emblematic is open throughout school holidays and some Saturday's to process orders.
Our School Uniform
At Coquet Park First School we wear the following school uniform:
- Grey or navy school style trousers
- Grey or navy skirt or pinafore dress
- Navy or white polo shirt with school logo or plain white or navy polo shirt
- Navy sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo or plain
- Navy blue summer dresses
- School shoes or sandals NOT trainers.
Children wearing watches should take particular care of them and no other jewellery should be worn in school.
Optional Items
There are some additional items with our school logo on which you may wish to purchase for your child. They include a school bag, reversible coat, navy fleece and summer cap all of which are popular items throughout school. They are optional and not a requirement.
Please note, the blue school bag is currently ONLY available to purchase directly from the school office.
Our P.E Kit
The following items are required for PE. We usually wear these for the full day and come to school dressed in these items for PE:
- Red P.E. bag
- Navy shorts
- White t-shirt with school logo or plain
- Black gym shoes (NOT trainers) for indoor use
- Trainers
Additional P.E Items
In addition to the above PE items, you will be asked to provide an outdoor PE kit (jogging Bottoms and warm top). Class teachers will inform classes when the outdoor kit is required. Please refer to 'Class Newsletters' for further information or contact the class teacher who will be happy to help.
Swimming Lessons
Each class attends swimming lessons at Waves for one term per year. Dates for swimming will be advised by the class teacher. Children will need to bring to school their swimming costume and towel. Goggles and a swimming cap are recommended. A yellow swimming bag with the school logo can be purchased from Emblematic.
Leavers' Hoodies
From April 2024, Leavers' Hoodies will be an item included in the school uniform as an optional item to be worn in the final month of the year for Year 4 pupils, should they wish. Further information will be published to Year 4 parents nearer the start date.
Nursery Uniform
The children at our nursery wear a Coquet Park First School red sweatshirt which is available to buy on-line from the Emblematic website or a plain red sweatshirt. The sweatshirt can be accompanied with either a red or white Coquet Park First School polo shirt or simply worn with comfortable, practical clothing of your choice. For Healthy Week, optional items of sportswear can be worn, should the requirement for a week of school sports kit be difficult.
